Scupltural Walls + Features
Marmorino Veneziano (Venetian Marmorino) is a type of plaster or stucco that was used as far back as Roman times, and was very popular once more during the Renaissance 500 years ago in Venice. It is made from crushed marble and lime putty, which can be tinted to a wide array of colours. This can then be applied in a variety of ways to make numerous textures, from polished marble to natural stone effects.

Its appeal has now spread worldwide as the finish is high-end, and many examples can be found in public buildings, bars, and restaurants. Its waterproofing and antibacterial qualities as well as visual effects have also made it very desirable for luxury bathrooms, indoor swimming areas, and other wet areas. Not confined to interior use, it can be seen on the exterior of many buildings to great effect.

WALLS - Suitable for surfaces such as Gyprock, plasterboard and plastered blockwalls & masonary surfaces. It can also be applied to MDF, glass, marble, concrete or GRG.

FLOORS - It is recommended that this finish is only used in low traffic areas, and it should be treated with the same care as wood or soft-stone flooring.

With Marmorino, the selection of colour and finish is limitless. Contact our friendly staff today to design your own customised surface.

Modular Wall Systems
ArmourCast can be used to make a broad range of modular panel designs ranging from complex geometric designs to more organic and sculptural forms. The panels can be designed so that the pattern or design flows naturally from one panel to another. It is also possible to integrate the join lines within the design so that the surface does not read as a series of adjoining panels. One of the key advantages of this modularity is that relatively few moulds are required to complete large wall areas.
